restaurants are expensive, cooking is hard and most caterers show up with an aluminum tray and some steamed chicken and vegetables.
entertaining has never been more difficult!
so that’s where we come in.
we offer both traditional catering packages as well as premium in-home (a.k.a. private) dining options.
simply put, we arrive at your home and put the finishing touches on a multi-course meal (searing meat, reheating sauces, plating) while you and your guests enjoy a restaurant-quality experience in your very own home.
your menu can be unique to your special event, with options and suggestions provided by our chef/owner. we value seasonal and fresh produce and other high quality provisions. our portfolio is a representation of past dishes, the kind of dynamic and exciting food we want to serve you.
prices will vary depending on ingredients, costs, etc. but you can rely on us to tailor your event to all of your wants, needs, and maybe even dreams :)

NOTES and important information
our goal is to provide you with an incredible dining experience, personalized to your tastes. in order to do so we ask that you share as much information as you can about any food allergies, dietary restrictions and/or aversions you and your guests may have. additional important information may include the theme of your party and the style of cuisine you wish to be served.
upon approving the presented menu there we request a 50% deposit towards the total event cost. we also request 7 days in advance for any changes in guest count, menu, et cetera.
we service all of monmouth, middlesex and ocean county without a transportation fee. the rest of new jersey we charge a $100 travel fee for related expenses. events outside of new jersey may require a hotel stipend which will be addressed at time of booking.
