typically our catering service involves simply delivering your delicious food in trays to your home, ready to eat with minimal to no re-heating required.
private dining will be a more premium experience, with courses served individually and some of the items prepared in your home. we cook most of your meal in advance and only prepare time sensitive items like meat and seared vegetables in your kitchen.
servers are available for hire upon request for an additional fee and are available to work any event.
still a bit confused? no worries! reach out to us and we can help you plan your event to your specifications.

it obviously can vary, but usually an in-home dining experience should last no more than 4 hours total, from load-in to clean up.
we typically arrive an hour ahead of the scheduled start time to load-in, get set up, and begin cooking. the meal itself typically lasts about 60-90 minutes. after the meal, we work diligently to clean up and pack up.
-
the easiest way to hire us for your event is to fill out our booking form and we will contact you within 24 hours. you can also reach out to us directly via phone, e-mail or instagram dm.
-
unless otherwise requested or noted by our guests, we bring our own pans/pots, cooking utensils, serving utensils, plates, glassware, cleaning supplies, etc.
we also are committed to leaving your home kitchen as clean as it was when we arrived, if not cleaner :)
-
pricing is dependant on a wide array of factors, such as ingredients, party size, season, style of service, whether additional kitchen and/or serving staff besides our chef is required, etc.
large parties typically require a server and may require additional kitchen help, which will be communicated with an updated total in advance.
fees and upcharges may be applied for considerations like last-minute substitutions, long-distance travel, and particularly expensive ingredients (i.e. halibut, lobster, lamb, etc.). once a quote is agreed upon, we will never add a fee/upcharge unless we give you prior, agreed upon notice.
we pledge to always quote our prices fairly and competitively.
-
our minimum charge for in-home dining is $500 and includes four courses for up to 6 people.
from here, pricing will vary depending on a wide array of factors, however, don’t be shy about reaching out to us for more information. we will be happy to answer any and all questions and help you plan your dinner :)

we cannot guarantee all substitutions, but we are happy to accomodate any allergies or food aversions within reason. all we ask is 7 days written notice to ensure safe practices and to modify the dishes in question.
please alert us to any and all allergies or substitution requests as soon as possible, ideally during menu planning.
substitutions requested before the day of the dinner but less than 7 days in advance may be subject to surcharge.
substitutions requested on the day of the dinner most likely cannot be accomodated.

we engage our guests immediately to ascertain what kind of food experience they’re looking for. we love planning our unique menus, but we are more than happy to take some direction. let us know in broadstrokes if you want! “spicy fish!” “summer vegetables!” “braised meat!”
you name it, and we will be happy to do our best to work with you to create special dishes for your special day.
if you don’t feel like doing any of that, we have a chef’s menu that offers a basic template for enjoying a great meal. the menus change seasonally and reflect what’s available and exciting that time of year.
chef focuses on seasonality and local produce. please note that certain ingredients are volatile in cost or unavailable during certain months.

p.s. like what you see and wanna open a restaurant? let’s talk!

let us know what we will be working with in advance so we can plan accordingly. extremely small kitchen spaces can effect speed and efficiency, but we are pretty good at adapting to our environment.
